Skytrax released a list of the best airlines, flight crew and airport services in the world as of 2023. Skytrax itself is an international air transportation rating organization that provides quality audits, rankings and quality certification to airlines and airports in the world.
In this year's awards, there are 19 categories, including ranking the world's best airline, best cabin crew, best airport service, and best entertainment.

The world's best airlines in 2023. The following is the ranking of the top three best airlines in the world in 2023:
- Singapore Airlines Operating a fleet of more than 180 aircraft to 110 destinations, this airline provides customer service with food from renowned chefs and state-of-the-art entertainment systems.
- Qatar Airways This airline, which is based in Doha, Qatar, provides services with 200 modern aircraft to 150 destinations by prioritizing comfort, food and entertainment for passengers.
- ANA All Nippon Airways This largest airline, founded in 1952 in Japan, operates 82 international routes and 118 domestic routes throughout the world.
The airline from Indonesia, Garuda Indonesia is ranked 30th out of the 100 best airlines in the world. This position rose one place from 31st in 2022.
Meanwhile, Citilink occupies 94th position out of 100 airlines. However, its ranking fell from 91st in 2022.
The world's best low-cost airline
The following is a list of the best airlines with the lowest cost flights in the world:

Citilink itself occupies a position as the best low-cost airline in Indonesia. Meanwhile at the Asian level, its position is ranked 6th.
