Using N Grin Boost mode, this electric car can squeeze power up to 650 hp, which can accelerate the vehicle from 0-100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds.

The record time he obtained was even faster than MG's fastest electric car at the moment, the MG4 XPower.

As information, the MG4 XPower is also equipped with 2 electric motors with 201 Hp and 228 Hp, which in total has a maximum power of 429 Hp.

The time record obtained during the test, the MG4 XPower can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds.

Oh yes, the Ioniq 5 N is equipped with an 84 kWh battery, which is claimed to be able to use 250 kW DC fast charging from 10-80 percent in just 18 minutes.

Reinforced Chassis, Bigger Dimensions

Hyundai has reinforced the Ioniq 5 N's chassis with 42 additional welding points, as well as reinforced motor and battery mounts.

The front and rear wheel drive systems are inspired by the World Rally Championship (WRC).

Hyundai has also added some body elements by making the Ioniq 5 N 80mm longer, and 50mm wider than the standard model.

The ground clearance is made 20 mm lower to get a better center of gravity. N Active Sound+ Features Generate Turbo Gasoline Engine Sounds

The Ioniq 5 N has two features that are claimed to help provide a more challenging driving experience.

First is the N e-shift, which can mimic the eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission found in ICE cars.

Next up is N Active Sound+, using 10 speakers with eight inside and two outside. N Active Sound+ has three themes, namely Ignition, Evolution and Supersonic.

N Active Sound+ can simulate exhaust tones from not only ICEs, but EVs as well. The ignition feature replicates the sound of a turbo-petrol engine.

Whereas the Evolution replicates the sound of an EV, and the Supersonic theme is inspired by a twin-engine fighter jet.

Hyundai says N Active Sound+ helps drivers feel how driving style and power are when these features are used.
