The latest generation of the Mercedes-Benz GLC has finally been officially assembled locally at the Mercedes-Benz factory, Wanaherang, Bogor.
The inauguration of the first assembled unit was held by PT Mercedes-Benz Indonesia (PT MBIna) and PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia (PT MBDIna) during the Roll-Off The new GLC event which was attended by management and employees.
According to President Director of PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia, Choi Duk Jun, the GLC model is Mercedes-Benz's best-selling model in the world and also in Indonesia, where this SUV has contributed the highest to sales in the country.
"It is an honor for Mercedes-Benz to be able to continue locally assembling customers' favorite vehicle models, including The new GLC. Today, Mercedes-Benz commemorates an important achievement in Indonesia, where we have proven our commitment to continue presenting products the best results from the best team members in Wanaherang," said Choi Duk Jun, in a written statement.
As is known, the latest generation of GLC was launched in June 2023, to coincide with the STAR DRIVE event.
Features of the Latest Generation Mercedes-Benz GLC
Even though it is assembled locally, it does not reduce the quality value of the Mercedes-Benz GLC image which has a charming design and offers various luxuries in it.
