Honda Motor Co., Ltd announced plans to launch the all-electric Honda N-Van in 2024 in Japan. This is Honda's goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 through all products and activities where this model is part of Honda's plan to launch 30 types of EV cars globally by 2030.
The plan is for the Honda N-Van EV to have a maximum cruising range of 200 km where the acceleration and quietness of the engine are considered suitable for navigating dense urban traffic conditions.
This Honda N-Van EV can adjust the flexibility and lifestyle of its consumers, such as shopping, going to work, and doing hobbies.
Since its launch in 2018, the Honda N-Van has received enthusiastic response from Japanese consumers by becoming one of the best-selling minicars. The Honda N-Van is a model of the Honda N Series which consists of the N-One, N-Box and N-WGN.
In the Japanese market, the minicar is one of the most realistic car choices to support people's mobility and is used as a commercial vehicle where the Honda N-Van is the favorite model because this car has a large luggage capacity.
The trunk space of the Honda N-Van is easy to use because Honda removed the center pillar on the passenger side which allows for a large opening on the front passenger side of the vehicle.
Through the large opening on the side and the large rear door opening, loading and unloading is efficient. The Honda N-Van is 3,395 mm long, 1,475 mm wide and 1,950 mm high.
All types of Honda N-Van are equipped with the Honda SENSING safety feature. Honda N-Van also has a door-in-pillar structure that functions as a center pillar when the doors are closed resulting in a passive safety performance that is equivalent to body construction with pillars.
These various safety technologies provide a sense of security to the driver when carrying out activities.
