Renault introduced the 2020 edition of the Koleos. The French SUV was given an upgrade, not only in appearance, but also in engines and features. The official price is not yet known, but it is confirmed to launch at the end of 2019 as reported by Newspress UK.
The face of the 2020 Renault Koleos is more manly with a changed grille. If previously straight, now tucked in accents that make it seem separate. The lighting is LED Pure Vision technology which is 20 percent brighter than the halogen model.
In addition, energy consumption is more efficient, which of course affects vehicle performance. Then the bumper is pinned with a chrome line that runs from side to side, connecting the two fog lamps. At the bottom there is a diffuser with a silver pattern. The stern was also revised, a large chrome skid plate was installed, and the brake lights were extended.

The appearance of the cabin remains the same, but the comfort has increased. The front seats, especially the driver's area, have been redesigned. The six-way electrical arrangement remains, along with heating and ventilation. Interestingly, now available massagers that further enhance comfort. While the passenger seat is equipped with a two-stage reclining arrangement as a standard option.
The multimedia system continues to use the vertically positioned 8.7-inch R-Link 2 touchscreen and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. There is a smaller, 7-inch horizontal option that also has similar connectivity. For easy access, a voice recognition system is provided that can be activated from the steering wheel.
The trunk is also quite accommodating, the volume at the back with the upholstery reaches 579 liters. When the rear seat is folded, the volume immediately enlarges to 1,795 liters. Utilities are still capable because there are many compartments, which in total reach 35 liters.
The mechanical heart of the latest generation Blue dCi which is more environmentally friendly. However, the power output is maintained. There are two engine variants, the 1.8-liter Blue dCi 150 which produces 150 PS and 340 Nm of torque. Then the larger 2.0-liter Blue dCi 190 version that produces 190 PS and 380 Nm of torque. Blue dCi 150 power is channeled through the X-Tronic CVT to the front wheels. While the Blue dCi 190 has the All Mode 4x4-i specification.
Security and safety features are not reduced. There are already Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Blind Spot Warning (BSW), Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), Automatic High/Low Beam Headlight (AHL), 360-degree Park Assist and Easy Park Assist (EPA). There is also Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Tiredness Detection Warning (TDW). Pedestrian detection is now applied to make it more secure.
