Honda has just introduced the Honda Jazz/Fit type RS, complementing the existing trim levels such as Basic, Home, Luxe, and Crosstar. The difference, of course, is more sporty and aggressive. Reportedly, the RS version will have more power.
The New Look of the Honda Jazz/Fit RS 2023, the Performance is More Fierce
Unfortunately, Honda itself has not provided detailed specifications regarding the improvement of the Honda Jazz / Fit RS. What is clear, Honda promises a better hybrid engine configuration. Maybe, using the Honda Jazz's powertrain which is marketed in Europe. The old specifications of the Honda Jazz/Fit RS are 109 HP and 235 Nm of torque, and 0-100 kph in 9.4 seconds with a maximum speed of 175 km/h.
Honda promises increased motor output and acceleration response. Including, a riding mode exclusive to the Fit RS. These include Normal, Sport, and Econ options. The driver can also control regenerative braking, through a feature owned by Honda Clarity.
The Honda Jazz/Fit RS still uses front-wheel drive. This is different from the Crosstar trim which is equipped with AWD. Other changes include a more aggressive exterior, as well as yellow stitching on the seats and door trim. The Honda Jazz/Fit RS will be released in Japan towards the end of the year.
