The limited-production Aston Martin Vantage Roadster has been unveiled that has unique design cues to mark the 100th anniversary of the A3, the oldest sports car still in existence. The redesigned Vantage was ordered by HWM dealer Aston Martin, the longest-serving retailer, in partnership with the company's bespoke Q division.
The limited edition Vantage Roadster A3 gets cosmetic changes inside and out.
It uses a 510hp, 4.0-liter twin-turbo AMG V8 engine.

Only three units will be produced, with a special design inspired by the 1921 model, including a black grille with aluminum surround, black exterior paint, and 20-inch black alloy wheels with bronze brake calipers.

Chestnut tan leather and features stitching on the inside of the car, with the brand name embroidered in a heritage-inspired script, as seen in the original. The circumference of the Vantage gauge has also been molded from brass, and the original Aston Martin logo is featured throughout.
Aston Martin Vantage Roadster A3: engine and gearbox
The mechanical parts of the limited-production Vantage Roadster will remain the same as the standard version. That is, it has a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter Mercedes-AMG V8 engine that produces 510hp and 685Nm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The Roadster is capable of a 0-100kph sprint in about 3.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 306kph.
Aston Martin centenary celebration
The original A3, returned to its original factory specifications by pre-war Aston specialist Ecurie Bertelli, was acquired by the Aston Martin Heritage Trust in 2002. It will be presented at the centenary celebrations on June 26, alongside some rare Aston Martins. model.
